Kai Cenat Twitch account hacked on April 3, 2025. He is the fourth most popular user on Twitch. His channel, which has 16.8 million fans, has been changed illegally, with a new header and show picture. The profile picture was changed to a “Sava” logo, and there was a Discord link (Discord.gg/namesnipes) on the banner that went to a different server.
A lot of people on social media were upset about Cenat’s account being hacked. Fans and other producers were confused and angry about how one of Twitch’s most well-known users was singled out. Here are some interesting responses from X (formerly Twitter):
“Bro I’m so confused… This is not Kai Cenat’s fault.” – @suayrez
“And they gonna blame Adin for it lol.” – @SwaggyMcNasty
“Damn, Twitch security really dropped the ball on this one.” – @iamskrptd
“They ban it so the hackers cant fo anything” – @posty_222
Initially, Cenat’s Twitch channel name was changed to “Savawuzhere“, but it has since been restored to its original state. However, the automated X account @StreamerBans reported that Cenat’s channel was temporarily banned following the hack. The page is now accessible again, although remnants of the breach, such as the altered profile image, remain visible.
Twitch has a history of temporarily suspending harmed accounts to prevent future usage. If hacked accounts are used for spam, harassment, or Terms of Service breaches, they are frequently automatically suspended or banned. Given Cenat’s fame, Twitch most likely responded quickly to prevent any misuse before reopening the channel.
This is not the first time Kai Cenat has been compromised. In February 2025, his TikTok account (which had over 17 million followers) was hacked. Because of that episode, Facebook temporarily lost about 130 million likes, but they were finally brought back. The similarities between the two cases suggest that the same person or group may be behind both attacks.
Kai Cenat hasn’t said anything about the Twitch hack yet. Fans are still waiting for an official answer, while Twitch users continue to argue about the site’s security and how such a famous account was hacked.
